1. Service Description

Trash Sabbath LLC provides a valet trash can service, including scheduled placement of trash, recycling, and compost bins at the curb and return of bins after municipal pickup. Optional add-on services may include photo confirmation of service completion.

2. SMS & MMS Messaging Program

Trash Sabbath operates a service notification messaging program that sends transactional and service-related SMS and MMS messages to active customers. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Service reminders

  • Schedule confirmations

  • Operational updates

  • Photo confirmations of completed service (when opted in)

Message frequency varies based on service schedule and customer preferences.
Message and data rates may apply.

Messages are not marketing or promotional and are sent only in connection with an active Trash Sabbath service account.

3. Consent & Opt-In

Customers provide consent to receive SMS and MMS messages by checking a required SMS consent checkbox and submitting their phone number through the Trash Sabbath website signup form.

Consent is collected during service signup, is tied to the customer’s active service account and phone number, and applies only to service-related communications.

4. Opt-Out & Help Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS or MMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After opting out, you will no longer receive text or photo messages unless you re-enroll.

For assistance, reply:

HELP

You will receive support contact information.

5. Photo Messaging (MMS)

If you opt in to photo confirmations, Trash Sabbath may send MMS messages containing images solely for service verification purposes, such as confirmation photos showing bins returned to your property.

Photos are used only for operational confirmation and are not used for marketing or shared publicly.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Trash Sabbath respects customer privacy. Phone numbers, message content, and related data are used only to provide and support the valet trash service.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Service Availability

Service availability, timing, and frequency may vary based on location, weather, holidays, and municipal waste schedules. Trash Sabbath is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

8. Modifications

Trash Sabbath LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
